Birds Nest

So last night I was surfing through pinterest looking at all sorts of crafts and food ideas when I came across something called  a birds nest and was inspired! This morning I woke up ready to give this easy recipe a try, and by all means it was very easy. Pre-heat oven to 375. All you need to make a serving for four: four pieces of toast cut in about 4inch circles and then cut in half, four pieces of bacon cook in microwave for about 3 minutes (will continue to cook in oven) put the bread in a lightly greased muffin pan over lapping each other just a little and reaching up to the top of the muffin pan cup. Place semi cooked bacon in the bread bowl and crack an egg over top. Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked though. And There you have it! A cute little breakfast birds nest!
